The planning zoom meetings were key to getting us and Carlos on the same page as far as how things were going to work, timing, and incorporating what we wanted into the timeline. He was very intentional with every bit of planning and had many helpful suggestions and ideas. We were so grateful to have a rehearsal with him at the venue the day before our wedding. This eased our nerves about our grand entrance down a big staircase and our first dance. Our parents, bridesmaids, and groomsmen also had the opportunity to plan, practice, and perfect their entrances for the reception. Carlos is basically your DJ, event coordinator, friend, and party starter all in one! His DJ skills are superb, he knows how to keep everybody engaged and dancing from every age group and music taste. His management of speeches, timeline, toasts, etc. was so respectful and professional and everybody who gave a speech told us how much they appreciated Carlos giving them 5-minute warnings. All of our family and friends could not stop telling us how fun the wedding was and how great the DJ was. The Co2 gun, the balloons, the flashing headbands, the group picture on the dance floor, the anniversary dance with advice from couples, and the survivor picture at the end of the night were all incredible touches that made it that much more fun.
